Before the service goes online, we actively use hybrid stress testing to understand in multiple dimensions what limit conditions the business system is not available, respond in advance, reduce the impact on users, and ensure the reliability of the service.

  • The system often has a card, slow, and operation failure
  • The procured three-party system has a performance problem and cannot be located

Service Content:

The system is monitored for about 1-2 weeks through the Tingyun platform to obtain the corresponding data, and the team of experts in listening to the cloud issues an analysis report for the problems found, and provides solutions or optimization suggestions.

Applicable scenarios:

  • During peak business periods, the number of user visits is large, and the system is prone to problems and difficult to locate

Service Content:

During the peak business period, the corresponding data collection is carried out through the Tingyun platform, and the service engineer analyzes the data on the spot and assists the customer operation and maintenance R&D team to locate problems and provide optimization suggestions. The standard report of this data analysis is provided within 3 working days after the peak period.
